「樂牽」到校學前綜合服務：為幼兒提供到校的個別／小組康復訓練，及配合設有康復設施的中心訓練；為教師及幼兒工作員提供到校專業諮詢服務和示範、講座／工作坊／研討會；及為家長／照顧者提供講座／工作坊／研討會。
“SMILE” On-site Pre-school Integrated Services: Provides individual/group rehabilitation training for children at school, and training in conjunction with centers equipped with rehabilitation facilities; offers on-site professional consultation services, demonstrations, lectures/workshops/seminars for teachers and early childhood workers; and provides lectures/workshops/seminars for parents/caregivers.
